Try And Take It

Two members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Roger L. Simon and Lionel Chetwynd, have requested that Al Gore give back the Best Documentary Oscar he won for "An Inconvenient Truth."

Roger L Simon is chief executive officer of Pajamas Media, a network of right-wing blogs. Lionel Chetwynd is a Conservative activist. These aren't just a couple of regular Academy voters.

To be fair, Lindaman does state they are Conservatives.

Should Gore be stripped of the Nobel Prize? I would argue so, but only partially because of his role in the perpetuation of AGW.

He should be stripped of his Nobel Prize for stating what needs to be stated? Again, you just keep saying they're lying for some vague agenda, but you don't state what the lies are, nor what the heck their plan is. What is it this week, a one world government or something?

The main crux of my argument is that Gore's actions do not represent the true purpose of a Nobel Peace Prize. Fighting global warming is nice, but does it actually bring about peace? That's a pretty big leap of logic for anyone to make, and I'm afraid Gore simply lacks the credibility to make it.

There's many reasons why public awareness of AGW qualifies him for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Here's just one of them, from those traitorous US military leaders:

When these bodies give away awards for clearly political purposes, they diminish their credibility with all but the select few sycophants who will nod in agreement with anything they do, regardless of how wrong it may be.

Wow, the conspiracy is extended to former military, too!
